  OPERATIONAL GUIDELINES (CRITICAL): To avoid Error Codes and ensure the perfect freeze, please adhere to these parameters:

  • Sugar Requirement (Min 4%): Sugar acts as a vital anti-freeze agent. Your mix must contain at least 8g of sugar per 240ml. Note: Using plain water or sugar-free soda without thickeners will trigger the “E4” Low Sugar Alert.
  • Alcohol Limit: For “Spiked Slush,” keep alcohol volume between 2.6% and 16%. Exceeding 16% prevents freezing (E5 Alert).
  • Volume: Minimum fill 450ml; Max 1.8L.
