• Product description

The Sage Barista Touch Impress takes home espresso making to a professional level. Designed to guide and support you at every step, it helps you master the art of espresso while still giving you the full barista experience.

Impress Puck System – Precision Tamping and Dosing
One of the trickiest parts of espresso is getting the right dose and tamp. The Impress Puck system takes care of this for you. Simply pull down the lever on the side to tamp the coffee, while the machine applies a consistent 10kg of pressure and a 7° twist for a professional-level puck every time. You’re still hands-on, but with guaranteed consistency.

Thanks to intelligent dosing technology, the machine learns as you brew. It automatically adjusts the next dose based on the grind size and tamping results, ensuring perfectly measured coffee shot after shot.

  ThermoJe Heating System
With the ThermoJe system, the machine reaches optimal extraction temperature in just 3 seconds. That means no waiting—your coffee is ready when you are.

Intuitive touch screen and barista support
With the intuitive touchscreen and barista support, you can brew your favourite coffee in three steps. Choose the grind, preparation method and milk type, and receive real-time feedback via the ‘Barista Guidance’. You can easily adjust intensity, temperature and milk texture via the intuitive touchscreen and save up to 8 personalised drinks, each with their own name.

  ThermoJet
ThermoJet technology ensures the espresso machine reaches the optimal extraction temperature within 3 seconds, so you can enjoy your coffee quickly.

  Built-In Grinder & Precise Control
The integrated conical burr grinder holds 250g of beans and offers 30 grind settings for ultimate precision. Freshly ground coffee is delivered straight into the 54mm portafilter, then tamped by the Impress™ system for perfect dosing and extraction.

  Cold Brew & Iced Coffee
Thanks to Cold Extraction Technology, the Barista Touch Impress doesn’t just make hot drinks. It also prepares smooth, refreshing cold brew by using cool water, low pressure, and a longer extraction time. Ideal for iced coffee lovers or hot summer days.

  Perfect Espresso Extraction
Pre-infusion gently soaks the coffee before brewing, unlocking maximum flavor. With PID digital temperature control, water stays at the optimal 93°C, ensuring accuracy and consistency in every espresso shot.

Auto Milk – Perfect Milk for Any Preference
Whether you prefer dairy, oat, almond, or soy, the Auto MilQ™ system creates silky microfoam tailored to your chosen milk type. The automatic steam wand adjusts air, timing, and temperature to deliver the perfect texture for latte art or a creamy cappuccino.

  Intuitive Touchscreen with Barista Guidance
The smart touchscreen guides you step by step through grind, brew, and milk texturing. With real-time feedback and customizable settings, you can adjust strength, temperature, and milk texture with ease. Choose from 8 pre-programmed café drinks or save up to 8 personalized recipes with custom names—your perfect coffee is always one touch away.
